  2. If you submit a video to SrilankaFlicker, be sure that you are the copyright holder to the content and that you can prove you own the copyright to any content you submit. If you are not the copyright holder, you must have written permission from the copyright holder to upload their content.



  3. SrilankaFlicker and all of our affiliates cannot be held responsible in anyway for the content submitted by our users. This includes any fees or damages that result from the content displayed on our web site. We do our best to moderate videos, but cannot be held responsible for what our users upload.
